Using the Annotation Tools (7 of 7)

Floating Desktop Icon
|

When you return to your original Windows application,
the full floating toolbar
is replaced by a floating Desktop icon.
You can drag this icon to any convenient position
on your screen and continue
to run your application with NotateIt
always ready, in the background,
whenever you need to annotate another topic.
When you click on this Desktop icon and, if you
made any previous annotations, you'll
see this message box:
Choose Yes or No, as appropriate,
to continue to annotate with
the floating toolbar

If you don't want this message box
displayed in the future, you can turn it off using
NotateIt's Options.
From the menu bar, select:
Tools | Options | Messages
