Working with Images (2 of 14)

Introduction

NotateIt is not a drawing program - it's an 'assembling' tool - helping you put together all your information for final presentation, whether printed, viewed on-screen, saved as a PDF file or projected to an audience.

You can add shapes, lines and text as well as your own images, clipart or movies to a background of your choice.

NotateIt works in 'layers' and each shape, line, image or piece of text that you put on a page can be moved around individually to achieve the effect you want.

To create your own images, you'll need a drawing program such as PaintShop Pro or similar or you can 'capture' screenshots with the NotateIt tools.

This tutorial 'walks' you through the basics of setting up your first page.

When finished, your page should look like this:

If you need additional support, NotateIt has an extensive 'Help' section or, if you can't find the answer in there, please feel free to email us with your questions.
