Step 8 - Adding some decoration

   
Outline rectangle From the Drawing toolbar, select the rectangular outline tool.

Select the widest line thickness using the drop-down box:

Select line width

Select a suitable blue colour from the colour box:

Select a colour

Or, click on 'More colours' and select the 'dropper' to pick up a matching colour from the 'Blue Trim':

Holding down the Shift key while using the rectangular outline tool will draw a perfect square.

So, holding down the Shift key, draw a square with sides slightly longer than the height of each photograph.

Rotate the square to a 45° angle and drag it into position over one of the pictures.

Select the 'square' then 'copy' and 'paste' it. Position the pasted square over the 2nd picture.

Paste again and position over the 3rd picture.

Your finished result should look like this:
